The main challenges revolved around adapting the client's needs and requested spaces to the terrain's particularities. The plot required an approval from Transgaz, mandating a fixed setback from the street front. This posed a significant challenge for the design team, but ultimately, we created a modular interior space adaptable to the client's future needs.
