The design of this house was highly constrained by the shape of the land, the less than 10-meter frontage, and all the requirements imposed by the Bucharest municipality and the cultural heritage authority. These requirements included a specific exterior aspect, selected materials, and strict compliance with sunlight regulations for neighboring buildings. Despite these challenges, we achieved a construction with high urban planning quality, architectural aesthetics, and functional interior layouts.
