With a single-story height and constructed on a load-bearing masonry structure, this extension was designed to function as a separate dwelling from the already existing building on the  property. Consequently, two families will be able to reside within the same property, benefiting from both space and privacy.

Although urban planning limitations required the connection of the new construction to the existing one, this constraint led to an original and sustainable solution. Careful integration into the local landscape was a priority, and the choice of materials and textures was made thoughtfully to complement the area's specific characteristics.
